Bonnie Schultz Memorial Award For Practice Excellence

The recipient of the Bonnie Schultz Award will receive an appropriate plaque. The award is made annually with the proviso that the Awards Committee may choose not to recommend an award if a worthy recipient has not been identified.  Any person may nominate a pharmacist or group of pharmacists for the award.

Criteria: The nominee shall demonstrate outstanding excellence in optimizing patient care. Factors to be considered:

• serve as a role model
• excellence in communication skills
• compassion, empathy and concern
• demonstration of skilled practice
