The Manitoba Pharmacy Conference will once again host an Exhibit Venue during the conference weekend on Saturday, April 21st. We have a larger venue for the exhibitors this year at the Winnipeg Convention Centre; making it easier for delegates to view the booths. The 2012 conference is taking place at the Winnipeg Convention Centre April 20th to 22nd.
The Exhibitor venue will be hosting two refreshment breaks and the buffet lunch on Saturday, April 21st giving exhibitors three great opportunities to share their expertise, products and services with delegates.
The fees for an exhibit booth at the Manitoba Pharmacy Conference are as follows (GST included):
- Partner Sponsor: complimentary
- Platinum Sponsor: complimentary
- Gold Sponsor: NEW complimentary
- Silver Sponsor: NEW complimentary
- Bronze Sponsor: NEW $525.00 in addition to sponsorship
- Exhibit Only: $840.00
- Exhibit Only (Not-for-profit): $315.00
This fee includes:
- A 10 x 10 space with a table, power outlet and draping
- A company profile in the Exhibitors Booklet
- Complimentary conference registrations which includes the Saturday buffet lunch and access to the continuing education sessions as space permits.
Venue Hours
The venue will be open the following hours on Saturday, April 21st, 2012 only:
8:30 am – 10:00 am Exhibit Set-up
10:00 am – 10:30 am Refreshment Break with Exhibitors
11:45 pm – 1:00 pm Buffet Lunch with Exhibitors
2:45 pm – 3:15 pm Refreshment Break with Exhibitors
3:15 pm – 6:30 pm Exhibit Take-down
Booth assignments will be made on a first-come, first-serve basis. The exhibit venue will open Saturday, April 21 at 8:00am in Room 2EF on the second level.
Please complete the Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration form and mail/fax or complete online by January 27th, 2012 to reserve a booth or click here to register online.
*Partner/Platinum/Gold/Silver Sponsors receive a complimentary exhibit booth but must complete the exhibit booth portion of the registration form to confirm a space.
An exhibitor booklet is given to all delegates which highlights all of the exhibitors at the venue. Please email a short profile of your organization and a digital logo to info@mbpharmacyconference.com by February 24th, 2012 to meet the print deadline. (Max. 140 words)
